The legislation–put forth in the House by Representative Richard Hudson (R-NC-8)–would treat concealed carry permits like a driver’s license, making a permit from one state valid in the other 49. Bizarro World Second-Amendment Decisions :: 04/26/2017

In D.C. Comic’s fictional “Bizarro World,” all things are done opposite of here on Earth. According to the “Bizarro Code,” inhabitants of the cube-shaped planet “hate beauty,” “love ugliness” and consider it illegal to “make anything perfect.” Ironically, here on planet Earth, many liberals – and a disturbing number of judges – subscribe to a similar Bizarro Code when considering matters involving the Second Amendment. To these Earth-bound Bizarro Code adherents, it should be -- and in some cases is -- illegal to legally exercise the fundamental, constitutionally-guaranteed right to possess a firearm.

Firearms: Good or Evil? :: 04/26/2017

Of all the devices commonly used in modern society, firearms alone are subject to serious moral judgment.  It’s not unusual to hear the terms “Good” and “Evil” applied to owning guns. I confess to being uncomfortable with this terminology. For one thing, in today’s world pronouncing absolutes, like explaining The Meaning of Life, is received suspiciously. Gun-Control Groups Want To Use "Intimate Partner Violence" To Disarm Who? :: 04/25/2017

Any rational person is likely to assume that a political movement that uses “women’s rights” as a cornerstone issue would be all about empowering women to use a tool that can make them the equal of any man. But instead of backing gun rights, Everytown for Gun Safety, with The New York Times as its megaphone, is spinning the very real issue to make it seem like the solution is to leave potential victims disarmed while telling potential bad guys they can’t legally own or carry a firearm.
