Shocking Report: Military Is Flying TERRORISTS Out of Kabul and INTO America :: 08/28/2021

While American citizens stuck in Afghanistan had been required to fill out an online form to be evacuated, a report informs that massive numbers of Afghans are being flown out of Kabul without any proof of identification whatsoever. At least 100 of these refugees are on terror watch lists, and one evacuated man apparently works directly for the brutal Islamic State, infamous for burning people alive and drowning them in cages.

Big news out of Missouri, where a state judge has declined to declare the state’s new Second Amendment Preservation Act unconstitutional. In a ruling issued Friday morning, Cole County Circuit Judge Daniel Green sided with the state, rejecting the arguments made by two counties and the city of St. Louis (as well as the Biden Justice Department) that the new law is a violation of the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause.

Things the Media Won’t Tell You About Guns :: 08/26/2021

The mainstream media considers most facts about guns to be inconvenient to their narratives, so they simply don’t cite or explore them. This political self-censoring prevents them from helping to find or expose what actually could make America even safer. The truth—that Second Amendment freedom works—is just too unpalatable to them.

I Guess They Were Wrong About Conservatives :: 08/25/2021

I remember when the Biden Administration said that right wing extremists were the largest threat the US faced. Who knew that homeschooled Christian children who grew up and joined the US military threatened the very foundation of American democracy.

Pres. Biden Is Enabling The Taliban To Restock Their Ammo At Bargain Basement Prices :: 08/25/2021

For decades Russian ammunition has been imported into the United States.  It has largely met the demand for very low priced ammo for causal target practice.  As one might expect, Russia began with their own calibers, which were in use in Russian designed guns here in the US, such as the Mosin bolt action rifle and the AK-47 semi-auto.  However, they soon began cranking out U.S. calibers such as 5.56 NATO (the most common AR15 caliber) and 9mm Lugar (the most common US handgun caliber).  At this point Russia supplies 4% of the ammo sold in the US.

We’ve got a wide-ranging and beefy conversation with the National Shooting Sports Foundation’s senior vice president and general counsel Larry Keane on today’s Bearing Arms’ Cam & Co, covering everything from the Biden administration’s new sanctions on Russian arms and ammo to the next steps in the AFT’s attempt to redefine common gun parts and even the word “firearm” itself, at least as it’s defined by the Gun Control Act of 1968.

Guns, Germs, and Feelz :: 08/24/2021

In his Pulitzer Prize–winning book, Guns, Germs, and Steel, geographer Jared Diamond attempts to explain why Eurasian civilizations have survived and triumphed over those lost to history.  I wonder whether a future sociologist might one day sum up Western civilization's demise as the natural consequence of Guns, Germs, and Feelz, or rather, how hysterical fear-mongering over self-defense and microorganisms and a new world order based on feelings ended up dooming the West.

The Guardian Calls Increase In Gun Ownership "Disturbing" :: 08/23/2021

No one would ever mistake The Guardian for a pro-gun news outlet, but the paper’s new editorial on “rising gun violence” is still worth talking about, if for no other reason than to push back against some of the arguments. Take, for instance, The Guardian’s assertion that, while there’s no evidence that increased gun sales are in any way responsible for the surge in violent crime seen in many cities, there’s still something troubling about seeing millions of Americans embrace their Second Amendment rights for the first time in their lives.
