Report: Kroger Shooter Initially Had Different Target In Mind :: 10/29/2018

According to a new report from NPR, law enforcement is now investigating the Kroger shooting as a hate crime.  NPR reported on a statement from Russell Coleman, the U.S. attorney for the Western district of Kentucky.
