This proposal is yet another that clearly shows that some of our elected officials are ready to toss the Constitution into the dustbin of history. Can you say "recall vote?" Read this article and think 2nd Amendment, 4th Amendment, 5th Amendment. Warrantless entry into our homes for capricious reasons that clearly violate the Constitution shall not be tolerated.
