Castle Doctrine and Stand Your Ground are critical to one's primary defense should you be involved in a fatal (or not fatal) shooting. While we agree that cell phone users in a theater are a first class aggravation, using a cell phone is hardly a shooting offense. We won't predict the final outcome, but we don't see Stand Your Ground working out very well for the man accused of murder in this Florida theater.
