Proposed Pennsylvania Senate Legislation SB386

this is an anti-gun bill   evalutation

This bill increases the penalty of 'unsworn falsification' or lying on a firearms purchase form. Many people unintentionally violate the law now because they don't know or misunderstand what the firearms form(s) are asking. This is a HUGE problem now with egregious prosecutions and this legislation will only make matters worse.
