Proposed Pennsylvania Senate Legislation SB192

watching this bill   evalutation

This legislation sets a procedure in place for PA Game Commission license fee increases to be considered by the legislature. However the time periods and procedures will NOT allow for timely review of the legislature and will result in 'automatic approvals' if the recommendations are not voted down in 30 days. This is unworkable.

Legislation Overview

Title: In Pennsylvania Game Commission, further providing for powers and duties of commission and for accountability; and, in hunting and furtaking licenses, further providing for license costs and fees and making an editorial change.

Subject:

Description: An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in Pennsylvania Game Commission, further providing for powers and duties of commission and for accountability; and, in hunting and furtaking licenses, further providing for license costs and fees and making an editorial change.

Session: 2017-2018 Regular Session

Last Action: Referred to GAME AND FISHERIES

Last Action Date: March 28, 2017
