Proposed Pennsylvania Senate Legislation SB1253
Senator Haywood (SB1253) proposes to make us the same as Illinois and Chicago so far as gun laws, and it won't change a thing. I get a carve out as I'm retired military, but this proposed bill is unconstitutional on its face. It covers mandatory training, a Firearms Owners Identification Card (even though he doesn't call it that), and worse, establishes yet another cash cow for the PSP.
