Proposed Pennsylvania House Legislation HB2588

this is an anti-gun bill   evalutation

An attempt to separate violent offenders by choice of weapon rather than the fact that they’re violent offenders for the purposes of court procedure. We argue all violent offenders should be treated equally in process and if they’d stop being lenient on crime this bill would serve no purpose!
