Proposed Pennsylvania House Legislation HB2378

this is an anti-gun bill   evalutation

This bill comes from virulent anti-gun Rep. Madeline Dean (CeaseFire PA) and is part of her continuing crusade to implicate gun owners as part of the crime problem.

This issue of alcohol and the carrying of firearms is 'already' dealt with in Section 6109 but this bill is meant to continue to imply a problem exists where it does not.
