Proposed Pennsylvania House Legislation HB163
This bill deals primarily with child care guidelines. However there is a component that says that children shall not be "exposed to firearms". Unfortunately there is no definition of what the word "exposed" means thereby extending a great deal of latitude to district attorneys to make the decision to prosecute based on their extrapolation of the situation.
