This legislation would expand the criminal conspiracy penalties for violations listed in Title 18 Section 6105 (b). This would mirror federal guidelines.

We remain concerned that the Justice System continues to release people from prison who are still dangerous to society hoping that paper laws stop crime. If they're safe enough to be out of prison, they should be safe enough to possess firearms under the Constitution.
