Proposed Pennsylvania House Legislation HB1243

this is an pro-gun bill   evalutation

Mental health bill Requiring the proper handling of mental health records and, as amended, fixes the lack of teeth in current Pennsylvania preemption law.

Has been amended in the House of Representatives to fix the previous concerns we had with this language and is now highly acceptable!

Currently this legislation has been delayed because of interparty intrigues and delaying tactics until at the end of the current session. It now resides in the Senate and with the limited number of session days the outlook is less than positive for its passage!
