Proposed Pennsylvania House Legislation HB1077
A "voluntary" exclusion list a citizen may sign up for to exclude themselves from purchasing a firearm, but with no text or apparent recourse to recover said right before the expiration of their exclusion status. We simply don't see where this is going to have a positive impact in the mental health community.
