An effort to prohibit ammunition purchases by "prohibited persons" while still not addressing the flaws in who is prohibited and who is not. Also will be nothing but a burden to the law abiding, adding financial cost beyond the purchase price of ammunition, and backlogging the background check systems (which are failing) even further.
