Description: Prohibiting Law Enforcement Use of Chemical Weapons Act This bill prohibits federal, state, and local law enforcement officers from using chemical weapons in the course of policing activities. It also requires law enforcement agencies to dispose of chemical weapons that were acquired for such use.
