Another attempt by left leaning legislators to limit the less-than-lethal force options available to police to handle rioters. They just can't seem to grasp that this will only lead to more deadly forms of violence if these tools are removed.

Description: Prohibiting Law Enforcement Use of Chemical Weapons Act This bill prohibits federal, state, and local law enforcement officers from using chemical weapons in the course of policing activities. It also requires law enforcement agencies to dispose of chemical weapons that were acquired for such use.
