Requiring immediate police response to NICS denials simply means more law abiding citizens who have been wrongfully denied by a broken system will have to deal with more legal issues from law enforcement who will not have the proper information to make a determination of criminal activity.

Description: To amend the NICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007 to provide notification to relevant law enforcement agencies in the event that a background check conducted by the National Instant Criminal Background Check System determines that a person may not receive a firearm, and for other purposes.
