This legislation is going to affect EVERY semi-automatic firearm made due to the impact various devices have on 'rate of fire'. This is an overall attack on an entire class of firearms.

Title: Bumpstocks and Acceleration Devices Act

Subject: Crime and law enforcement: Administrative law and regulatory procedures: Criminal procedure and sentencing: Firearms and explosives

Description: To amend title 18, United States Code, to treat bump-stock-type devices as machineguns, and to ban the possession or transfer of other devices designed to accelerate the rate of fire of a semiautomatic firearm.
