Proposed Federal House Legislation HB1715


A Federal effort to do away with individual states statutes that seriously infringe upon the 2nd Amendment. This would eliminate ridiculous statutory restrictions such as the SAFE act in New York. Which does anything BUT keep people safe from criminals.
