Proposed Federal House Legislation HB1518

watching this bill   evalutation

Our position that background checks are ineffective at stopping criminals remains unchanged, however Rep. Rice is a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment, and has spoken in the past about improving the background check system to the advantage of law abiding gun owners.
