Pennsylvania Self-Defense: Man shot dead in apparent domestic dispute in Chester :: 12/12/2016
CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- A homeowner shot and killed a man in an apparent domestic dispute in Chester, Delaware County. It happened around 1 p.m. on the 800 block of Upland Street.
Investigators say a man stormed the home at gunpoint, not realizing the homeowner was armed. The homeowner opened fire, hitting the man once, killing him.
There were no injuries reported to anyone else inside the home. No word yet on whether that homeowner was licensed to carry, or whether any charges will be filed.
