The crazy quilt of concealed carry reciprocity laws among the states too easily snares law-abiding gun owners in needless confusion and possible legal hassles. Sen. John Cornyn has just the legislation to fix the mess.
Whether introduced by Vitter, Thune, or others, National Right to Carry legislation seems to die on the vine. Perhaps its time to fire up the phone lines again, and send an e-mail to Toomey, Casey, and your US Representative.
