Maryland Police overstep their authority--big time. :: 01/16/2014
On the surface, John Filippidis seems to be just the kind of responsible gun owner who should carry a concealed firearm. He's a family man, small business owner and taxpayer who takes the responsibility of gun ownership seriously.
News reports go on to say he's so disgusted that he's considering cancelling his License to Carry. We think he should be in Federal Court with a lawsuit for the violation of his civil rights, as well as the 4th Amendment.
