There comes a time when men, yearning to be free from oppression and tyrants, will take up arms to defend themselves. In this case, the Mexican Government realizes how thin the ranks of honest Federales and local police actually is and they are encouraging these locals to take up arms. When will our Government finally ask that the Armed Citizen strike back against those who will never obey the law.
