There is a rumor floating around in ATF agent circles that Billy Hoover has approached Senator Grassley for whistleblower status. At the moment, it is an unsubstantiated rumor. If true it could be significant, for it means that Billy beat Melson to the roll. Good for Hoover, bad for Melson and everybody else above him in DOJ and White House. A top-level HQ guy like Hoover will have virtually all the beans.
