You have to hand it to our Legislature. They throw enough money at anything they perceive as a problem, whether its necessary or not. Meanwhile, kids are getting killed.
"Because somebody heard a noise in the Capitol that could have been a gunshot, but wasn't , they are about to spend $10 million of our money to beef up security around the place.
Thank heavens no one mistook the noise for a cannon shot."
