Know Your Rights – I invite residents of the 137th Legislative District to the concealed carry seminar I am hosting on Wednesday, Aug. 31, from 7-9 p.m., at the Washington Township Volunteer Fire Company, 920 Washington Blvd., Bangor.
If you already have a concealed carry permit, or are thinking of obtaining one, please consider attending this seminar. I’m hosting this event in an effort to lay out the facts about your rights as a gun owner, a better understanding of current gun laws, the Castle Doctrine and your responsibilities in interacting with local law enforcement.
Speakers for the seminar include:
- Northampton County Assistant District Attorney James Augustine
- Personal Protection Institute CEO Charles S. Lehnert
- Northampton County Deputy Sherriffs Jill Kirchgessner and Mark Surber
They will each discuss Pennsylvania’s current laws and take questions afterward.
