AN ACT
1Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
2Consolidated Statutes, providing for burial details for
3veterans at other cemeteries.
4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:
6Section 1. Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8§ 705.1. Burial details for veterans at other cemeteries.
9No political subdivision may in any manner regulate,
10including the discharge of blank ammunition, or charge a fee of
11any kind for military funeral honors.
12Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
