Proposed Pennsylvania House Legislation HB805


Reinforces the preemption of PA Preemption Law (Title 18, Section 6120) by adding recovery of legal fees for successful lawsuits against municipalities who maintain firearms laws. Even more importantly, it creates the legal precept of standing for citizens, and organizations, to challenge these laws legally.
