Proposed Federal Senate Legislation SB3069

this is an anti-gun bill   evalutation

Senate Bill 3069 creates a new list to be handled by the Foreign Intelligence Services Act or better known as the FISA court. The information for placing a person's name on the list with the court will be determined by the Atty. Gen. this list will be known as the Terrorism Firearms Screening List.

The creation of the FISA court connection to denial of firearms acquisition begins on page 5 of the legislation. The expansion of government power of denial begins on page 10 where it provides for the Atty. Gen. to use Ex Parte orders to prohibit and/or sustain transfers or revocations of firearms. This is blatantly unconstitutional!
