Gun owners in Butler County have a long tradition of firearms ownership and safe firearms use. The goal of this rally is to showcase the public’s enthusiastic support for Constitutional rights and overwhelming opposition to new firearms restrictions that are being proposed both on the federal and state level.
This event will be a peaceful, family-friendly, and motivational rally that will send a positive message of gun ownership to our state’s elected officials. It will seek to dispel the illusion of misleading statistics from gun-control advocates through dialogue and a host of qualified speakers, including Congressman Mike Kelly, Butler County Sheriff Mike Slupe, retired Navy Seal Commander Matt Shipley and Kim Stolfer, President of the Pennsylvania based Firearm Owners Against Crime.
All citizens are invited to attend from around Butler and neighboring counties who support and to help us celebrate our heritage and belief in our mutually shared Constitutional values. Attendees are encouraged to bring polite, topical signs to help demonstrate their support.
AGENDA:
- Opening Prayer by Pastor Joe Florif, Community Alliance Church
