The seminar will feature discussions on Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws and how to safely interact with law enforcement while carrying a firearm. Kim Stolfer, President of FOAC and Ed Bilik, Esq. will present information and answer questions on these topics along with the county Sheriff.
