Rep. Curt Sonney is hosting a Concealed Carry Seminar on Thursday, May 12, from 7-8:30 p.m., at the Fairfield Hose Company, 4896 East Lake Road, Erie.
There are misconceptions about concealed carry laws in Pennsylvania and I’m hosting this event in an effort to lay out the facts for gun owners. I hope anyone who is either already in possession of a concealed carry permit or is thinking of obtaining one will consider attending this seminar.
Speakers for the event will be Attorney Tim George, Erie County Sheriff John Loomis, Trooper Stephen S. Oler from the Pennsylvania State Police, and Arthur C. Amann from Mercyhurst University at North East. They will each speak about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws and take questions afterward.
